Catches are declining in productive fisheries in the Mekong Delta. Why?


Many factors affect the highly productive fishery on the Van Nao, a lateral branch connecting the two main branches of the Mekong River as it fans out into the Delta. Mr Vu Vi An, a researcher at Research Institution for Aquaculture No. 2, talks to local fishers in his efforts to identify the reasons for declining catches.
