Sokunthor, highlighted in the previous post, was a part of the National Women Farmer Forum, sponsored by Oxfam’s Mekong Inclusion Project. Oxfam works with local partners such as Northern Rural Development (NRD) to train women along the Mekong River like Sokunthor on issues such as natural resoruces management, law and policy about the natural resources management.
