Why are local Cambodian Women worried about the Mekong? What would they say to decision makers if they could speak to them?
Cambodian women living on the Mekong don’t have many opportunities to express their concerns about the development of their communities and the river. Oxfam and its partner NRD have created a local Radio Program in Kratie for women to have an opportunity to speak up. Dary was one of the first women who appeared on this Radio show.
